Great Song: I Blackmail Emperor Huizong in the Taihang Mountains

After transmigrating to the late Northern Song Dynasty, Zhao Feng becomes an officer among the Eight Hundred Thousand Imperial Guards.

It's just before the Jingkang Incident. The court is rotten, and treacherous ministers hold sway. Not only do his superiors skim the soldiers' pay, they also send hungry Imperial Guards to suppress bandits in the Taihang Mountains as cannon fodder!

Faced with a desperate situation, Zhao Feng awakens the [Bandit Military Industry System].

"If soldiers can't even get enough to eat, what the hell are we supposed to suppress bandits for?"

"Brothers, follow me into the mountains. We'll rob the bandits and become mountain kings ourselves!"

He levels the Taihang Mountain bandit den from the start, giving birth to the Song Dynasty's most powerful bandit gang!

The court sends a massive army to crush them? A barrage of grenades sends them flying. He captures a high-ranking court official and sends Emperor Huizong a ransom note: "Ten thousand shi of grain for one third-rank official. Refuse, and he's dead!" The Song court and all its ministers are fleeced clean.

Then the Jurchen cavalry marches south and charges straight into the Taihang Mountain defense zone.

Waiting for the Jurchen Iron Pagodas are not the Song Dynasty's feeble blades and spears, but rows of Maxim guns and cannons!

When news that the Jin army's hundred thousand troops have been wiped out reaches Bianliang, the Song officials, who had been preparing to kneel and surrender, are dumbfounded.

Emperor Huizong drops to his knees and begs, "Grandpa Zhao, please come down from the mountain and become emperor! Just stop extorting me!"
