Siheyuan: Snowbound, I Feast in Comfort

The capital has been trapped beneath an extreme blizzard unseen in fifty years, and a devastating famine has erupted!

In the courtyard, the Jia family is so hungry they're gnawing on doorframes. Third Uncle is boiling tree bark, while Second Uncle beats his son until he vomits blood over half a steamed bun.

But deep beneath the east wing lies a thriving "doomsday fortress"!

With the [Ecological Synthesis Sandbox], Lin Ye has transformed a thirty-square-meter cellar into an invincible ecological farm.

[Ironvine] strengthens the defenses, [Heat-Producing Fungi] keep the temperature stable, and [Fast-Growing Meatleaf Greens] yield crop after crop.

Outside the door, a mutated Tibetan Mastiff the size of a calf stands guard.

Qin Huairu is shivering with cold and shows up in the middle of the night with a washbasin, hoping to throw herself at him? Get lost!

Yi Zhonghai thinks his status as the courtyard's head elder entitles him to come "beg for alms"? Release the dog!

Listening to the beasts outside howl in despair, Lin Ye sits by the stove and takes a delicious bite of juicy roast meat. Now this is the right way to live in a courtyard!
