Honkai Impact 3Rd: Rewind Simulation, Everyone Breaks Down in Tears

A glorious age in ruins, a peaceful world ablaze. Kiana broke free of the Herrscher’s shackles, Himeko was reborn from the flames, and the Thirteen Flame-Chasers escaped their tragic fate. Everyone believed this was a happy ending gifted by fate. That is, until an endless sky screen covered the world. Accompanied by a stirring BGM, sealed memories of the past were revealed to everyone through short-video replays. Only then did everyone understand that a nameless person, Lu Xun, had always been hidden behind the hard-won chance for them all to survive. With pain suppression from the System, the countless battles that left him on the brink of death felt like mere moments to him. When faced with hardship, he would simply say, “It’s my duty as captain.” After the sky screen had shown the whole “truth,” everyone who had witnessed it was already weeping uncontrollably. Kiana choked out, “This time, I won’t ever let go of your hand again.” With tears in her eyes, Elysia smiled gently. “Someone as adorable as you mustn’t sneak off and disappear all alone again, okay?♪” Himeko’s voice was hoarse. “We’ll make it up to you, little by little.” Fu Hua silently resolved never to let him face danger alone again. Lu Xun: “Please don’t... I just want to go home in peace and live an ordinary life.” With a body that feels no pain, you endured countless trials and blade wounds in our place. This time, we’ll follow the light to find you. Content notes: The male lead’s only goal is to go home. No romance for now, with everyone having one-sided feelings for him. Heavy on misunderstandings, fake angst and real catharsis.
