Ultraman: Willpower? I Only Believe in Raw Stats

(Also known as: Ultraman: I'm the Big Bad) (Villain protagonist + Reionics + focuses on strengthening his own body; prefers fighting in his original form and can grow to giant size at will + has a few lines he won't cross + a villain's savior) Fanma Gelangtai was an orphan on Blue Star. While wandering and begging for food, he met the greatest benefactor of his life: the boss of an assassin organization. The boss brought him back and trained him into one of Blue Star's top bounty hunters. Back then, he was skilled in hand-to-hand combat and firearms, and devoted himself wholeheartedly to serving the organization. He helped root out moles within the organization, and never failed a mission. Living on the edge of a blade, he enjoyed feeling his strength grow little by little. Becoming stronger made him feel that his life was more in his control and more orderly. In the end, he became the boss's most trusted subordinate. Trusting him, the boss assigned him to guard his wife around the clock. But he and the boss's wife fell into an illicit romance, and the boss caught them in the act. Fanma Gelangtai killed himself. He could have fought back, but he didn't. He felt he had betrayed his big brother. As he lay dying, he remembered his dream. He wanted to become the strongest, truly the strongest, with all power residing in himself. In his next life, he hoped to transmigrate into a world of immortal cultivation. If that wasn't possible, then becoming an Ultraman in the Ultraman universe would do. At least he wouldn't die of old age...
