I, the White Bone Demon, Grow Stronger Starting in Empresses in the Palace

Bai Youyou transmigrates into the world of Journey to the West, becoming the White Bone Lady, who doesn't even survive a single episode. With everything stacked against her from the start, she has only one way out of her predicament: run.

She packs her bags overnight, but hasn't gotten far before Yang Jian and his Howling Celestial Dog team up to hunt her down.

Dogs love bones, and the White Bone Lady is nothing but bones from head to toe. Just as she finds herself in dire straits, she awakens the “Palace Intrigue” System. It gives her two choices: agree to take part in palace intrigue and live, or die.

To save her own skin, she has no choice but to agree.

She jumps off a cliff and, the moment she opens her eyes, finds herself in the world of Empresses in the Palace, in the body of Hua Fei, the arrogant and domineering concubine who enjoys the emperor's favor above all others.

The System's mission is to become Empress Dowager and gain the power to fight her way back to Journey to the West.

Bai Youyou readily agrees. She cuts a swath through the imperial palace, claims the throne of Empress Dowager, then returns to Journey to the West to dominate her corner of the world.
