Help! My Pilgrimage Team Is Full of Rebellious Troublemakers

When Xia Xiaoyu transmigrated into the Tang Dynasty as its most beloved Princess Gaoyang, she nearly burst out laughing. After all those years as a wage slave, she'd finally made it. Why not lie flat and enjoy her wealth?

But reality was far from ideal. Her predecessor had actually gone head-to-head with Li Shimin over a monk. Wasn't that just throwing away her future?

Thinking fast, she banged her head against a wall to prove her “resolve.” She'd only meant to bluff her way through, but Li Shimin waved a hand and declared, “Since you're so stubborn, go to the Western Heavens to fetch the scriptures and learn some patience!”

Xia Xiaoyu was overjoyed. What a bargain! At least she got to live.

Guanyin came in person and smiled as she offered a perk: “The scripture seeker may choose her own disciples.” Xia Xiaoyu's eyes lit up, and she immediately named her picks: “Sun Wukong, Yang Jian, Nezha. I want every one of them!” With three rebellious troublemakers as her disciples, how could the journey possibly be boring?

Just as she happily planned the trip, the Journey to the West System suddenly bound itself to her: [Host Gaoyang, scripture-journey support functions unlocked. Your strength is steadily increasing~] Xia Xiaoyu rubbed her hands together, waiting for the three big names to arrive. On this journey to the West, she was going to be the most triumphant leader of them all!
