Shocking! Daiyu Becomes the Great Sage's Exclusive Sister Lin

The bald monk Tang Sanzang chanted the Golden Headband spell until Wukong died. By chance, he transmigrated into Dream of the Red Chamber and helped the vulnerable Daiyu find her footing in the Jia household. As they spent time together, feelings quietly blossomed between them.

After his death, Daiyu followed Wukong back to the world of Journey to the West and became his ultimate comeback artist.

Tang Sanzang: “Wukong, go scout ahead.”

Daiyu: “Has the holy monk got no legs? Can’t you go yourself?”

Tang Sanzang: “If I’d known it would come to this, I shouldn’t have rescued you five hundred years ago.”

Daiyu: “Without the Great Sage, the demons would’ve eaten you eight hundred times over by now. And you still have the nerve to say that?”

Tang Sanzang: “You’re so ugly. Don’t go scaring people.”

Daiyu: “You’re not ugly. You’re the best-looking one. From now on, you can beg for alms and fight in my place.”

The journey to fetch the scriptures is full of hardship and danger. They won’t let women come along? The Buddha is scheming behind the scenes, and the old fossils won’t agree? If they won’t let Sister Lin come, then this old Sun isn’t going either. I’ll take her back to Flower-Fruit Mountain, where we can live carefree as king and queen of the mountain.

After a series of negotiations, everyone finally gave in. From then on, Sister Lin joined the journey west.
