Journey to the West: I Asked My Master How Strong He Was, and My System Got Involved

[Journey to the West + Derivative Work + System + Invincible from the Start + Godslaying]

During the Zhenguan era of the Tang Dynasty, gods and Buddhas look down from on high, viewing humanity as livestock for slaughter.

Chen Xuance is offered up as a sacrifice to the evil flood dragon of the Hong River by his own father, under the pretext of “settling a karmic debt.”

In the freezing river water, he watches his father kneel and beg for mercy, his heart filled with nothing but murderous rage.

After dying and coming back to life, he is rescued by a disheveled old monk in a ruined temple, and, along the way, bound to the “God-Slaying System.”

Slay gods and Buddhas, and you can exchange the rewards for experience cards from the greatest powers of the myriad heavens.

The City God of Jiangzhou comes to demand “incense tax,” threatening to seize Chen Xuance's soul as payment.

Chen Xuance immediately activates the peak Qi Refining experience card and punches the City God into the ground. “An immortal official? Immortal officials are exactly who I beat!”

The Dragon King of the Hong River arrives in his true form, and raging floods engulf Jiangzhou.

Chen Xuance gives a cold laugh and maxes out the Daluo Golden Immortal experience card.

A sea of stars spreads across the sky, and one sword slays the flood dragon!

Dragon's blood stains the entire river red, and the gods and Buddhas above lose their color.

When he turns around, he sees his disheveled master slurping noodles as he casually shuts off the System interface. “Disciple, this cheat is garbage. It slows down your sword draw. From now on, learn ‘permission cultivation’ from me.”
