He Went Mad the Day We Divorced

[Rekindled love + joining forces to take down the underworld + devoted to each other + happy ending + powerful man humbles himself for love]

Yin Si was a powerful man at the very top. Born proud and sharp-tongued, he had never once bowed or yielded to anyone in his life.

Bo Qingzi was the woman he had fallen for at first sight, ever since he first discovered love.

Back then, just so he could see her every day, he gave up his place at an elite school and sat beside her for six years.

He didn’t dare confess his feelings until after the college entrance exams.

He thought they would be happy together forever, but three years ago, they were caught in a carefully laid trap.

Both of them were ensnared, with no way out.

Bo Qingzi was forced to endure the pain and divorce him.

When they met again after years apart, Yin Si stared at the woman he had missed day and night.

She held a five-year-old child in her arms, sweet and well-behaved.

Consumed by jealousy and suspicion, he secretly sent off samples for a paternity test.

The night he got the results, he drank himself senseless at a bar until he vomited blood.

Over and over, he numbly murmured:

“Even the child isn’t mine...”

[The child was adopted by the heroine. The hero and heroine have remained faithful in body and heart from beginning to end.]

Only after Yin Si gradually uncovered all the secrets of the past did he finally realize that Bo Qingzi had silently borne every hardship alone over those three years.

These two long-suffering souls heal each other. Together, they gather evidence, plan every move, and bring down all the evil enemies who conspired against them.
