The Outcast: Special Police Honor

This isn't a mindless power fantasy. The protagonist isn't invincible, doesn't blindly fawn over anyone, and the story is somewhat slow to warm up. In the modern world, police detective Guan Jingyu transmigrates into The Outcast. He copies Feng Shayan's spatial teleportation ability, becomes her boyfriend, and then joins her in the officially sanctioned Special Outcast Police Brigade, gaining genuine law-enforcement authority. Using this position, Guan Jingyu cracks down hard on crime among the Outcasts. Along the way, his strength, character, and competence earn him one promotion after another, eventually taking him to the pinnacle of power.
