Surviving on the Moon from the Start, I Forge an Alien Civilization

[Nonhuman protagonist + The Moon + Building from scratch + Hardcore infrastructure development + Impersonating an alien]

Ji Ming, a science and engineering geek, works himself to death from overwork. His consciousness awakens in a crater on the far side of the Moon, where he discovers that he has become a silver-white sphere just twenty-eight centimeters in diameter.

No body, no air, no companions: only endless lunar soil and deadly cosmic rays all around him.

Luckily, his true form is the Herrscher of Reason Core from Honkai Impact 3rd, with exactly the same Herrscher Authority: understanding, reconstruction, and creation.

Starting with refining his first gram of pure iron, he discovers a room-temperature superconducting material unique to the Moon, builds a computer by hand, lays fiber-optic cable, and hacks into Earth's communications satellites...

To secure resources safely, he decides to send Earth its first message under the guise of an "advanced extraterrestrial civilization."

Countries around the world pull out all the stops to curry favor with the "alien emissary." The United Nations holds an emergency closed-door meeting as undercurrents swirl in the rivalry between great powers.

Meanwhile, the representative of an advanced civilization who has all of humanity trembling in fear is down in a lunar base, catching up on all kinds of anime and pondering how to build himself a starship.
