1955: A Giant Fish Made Me a Pillar of the Nation

[The 1950s] [Major industrial development] [No cliche face-slapping] [Genius top student] [Anthropomorphic AI assistant, DeepSeek the Big Fat Fish]

Jiang Ming, an engineering student from 2025, was unexpectedly reborn in 1955 as the twelve-year-old son of a professor returning from studying in America.

Aboard the ocean liner bringing them home, his memories of his previous life suddenly awakened.

Awakening alongside them was a petite loli in a blue-and-white maid dress, with whale ears and a whale tail, plus a cowlick on her head: the super artificial intelligence DeepSeek!

By converting real-world high-calorie foods into computational power called "Tokens," this AI assistant, whom Jiang Ming nicknamed the "Big Fat Fish," could provide synchronized computing, design simulations, and comprehensive analysis!

"Big Fat Fish, activate deep synchronization and solve this transonic partial differential equation!"

"Affirmative, Host! But the Token balance is too low. I need ten butter cookies, two pieces of chocolate, and a cup of hot cocoa~"

So, to meet the enormous computational needs of this little airhead who "eats for free and occasionally causes trouble," Jiang Ming embarked on a power-up journey fueled by serious eating.

From reducing a matrix by hand in five minutes aboard the return voyage and impressing Qian Lao enough to become his personal student, to missile guidance, CNC machine tools, and aerospace engineering!

As the Big Fat Fish repeatedly swung its whale tail and went all-out with its computing power, Jiang Ming ate his way into becoming an industrial giant and an unparalleled national treasure of the Republic in that era of reconstruction!
