Honghuang: The Construction Bro, Kunpeng, Runs for His Life!

A civil engineering guy transmigrates to the Primordial World and becomes a Kunpeng who has yet to be born. A fish swims out of the sea, transforms into a bird, and spreads its wings. Its name is Kunpeng. Realizing there’s something seriously wrong with where he’s going to be born, he decides to make a run for it and transfer his household registration to the Eastern Continent. Unexpectedly, just as he’s about to flee, he discovers an immortal island. “This island and I are fated to meet!” He explores the island for treasures and discovers that it’s called Penglai! There he finds the innate supreme-grade spiritual treasure, the Pure World White Lotus. But Kunpeng senses that the island’s immense fortune is too much for him to suppress. So he takes the treasures, spiritual plants, fruits, and minerals that are fated to be his, including the White Lotus. Just as he’s preparing to run off again and transfer his household registration to the East, someone blocks the entrance. A Taoist called Hong* greets him as a young friend. Kunpeng is alarmed. “Oh no! A senior from the Primordial Origin realm! And it’s Hongjun! I’m cooked!” He immediately turns and runs. “Hahaha! I cultivate the Great Dao of Speed. Who could possibly be faster than me? Eat my dust!” In the end, Hongjun, a Perfected Primordial Origin Golden Immortal, catches up and gives him a smack. Afterward, Hongjun offers him guidance, helping him understand what had been troubling him. Kunpeng refines Penglai Immortal Island into his own cultivation abode. From then on, to earn merit and keep improving his cultivation, he puts the law of speed he cultivates himself to use alongside the Pure World White Lotus, becoming the “Primordial World’s Number One Eraser.” He also puts his civil engineering skills to work, repairing blocked and broken ley lines, fixing this spot and that one. “Coming through.” The Primordial World’s number-one merit-saint. Time. Ancestor of the Way of Letters. Administrator of the Earthly Way. Dual cultivation of body and magic. The fourth creator of the path to sainthood. A carefree, utterly unconstrained being.
