After Our Contract Marriage, the Best Actor Wants to Make Our Fake Romance Real Every Day

[Marriage first, love later + two-faced male lead + intense push and pull + sizzling romance + face-slapping comeback in showbiz]

Jiang Mian, a vase actress hated by the entire internet, signs a marriage agreement with Shen Yanci, the aloof, untouchable top-tier star and award-winning actor, agreeing that they will keep out of each other’s lives to save herself.

In the eyes of the public, Shen Yanci is cool and ascetic, like a god untouched by worldly desires. He would never give her a second glance.

Jiang Mian plans to be a dutiful secret wife under their agreement, but who could have guessed that the untouchable heartthrob would drop his carefully maintained act not long after their wedding?

During a snowbound kissing scene on set, the director has already called “Cut,” but the man still grips her slender waist, his hot breath lingering by her lips. “Mrs. Shen, you’re not very dedicated. Why did you stop when we hadn’t kissed enough?”

Outside the bathroom at home, she has just wrapped herself in a towel when the lock clicks open. The man undoes three buttons of his shirt, his abs barely visible as he approaches with a lazy, roguish air. “The agreement only says we won’t make our marriage public. It doesn’t say I can’t exercise the legitimate biological curiosity of a live-in spouse.”

Pushed to the brink, Jiang Mian’s eyes redden. “Shen Yanci, this is a fake marriage!”

He lowers his head and kisses the corner of her lips, grinning like a wolf that’s got its way. “Then let’s make the act real. I’ll keep kissing you until you admit it!”

Later, her scandals are cleared up, and Jiang Mian becomes a legendary Best Actress in a stunning red-carpet gown. When a reporter asks about their relationship, Shen Yanci kisses her in front of the entire internet livestream. “Now everyone knows I belong to you. Mrs. Shen, shouldn’t you make it official and let me become your legal husband?”
