The Boys: Starting with Taking in Vought's Superpowered Rejects

In an age when capital manufactures gods and fake superheroes fill the skies, are “defective products” whose mutations failed fit only to wait for death in a wasteland junkyard?

Lin Zheng, a veteran with absolute physical strength and an iron will, awakens amid a mountain of corpses.

For the low-level mutants abandoned by corporate elites and tormented by their deformities, he introduces an utterly brutal “veteran’s training method.”

The skinless, the self-immolators, the ones with mutated bone spikes... These monsters despised by the world put on rusty heavy-duty riot armor and shoulder machine guns under his devilish military discipline, becoming the most terrifying iron-blooded army in the wasteland!

No magic, no cultivation, just pure violent aesthetics and a will of steel.

You charge at supersonic speed? I’ll stop you with one punch!

You fire your laser eyes? I’ll smash them with my shield!

When the high-and-mighty “Homelander” descends on the underground fortress to wipe out these ants, Lin Zheng squares his shoulders and unleashes a blinding red light capable of erasing every superpower. He sneers at the oversized child:

“Kid, here’s your first lesson: Don’t strike that cheap hero pose in front of a real soldier.”
