One Piece: From the Start, I Got Minato's Powers, and Kizaru Lost It

[Pirate King + Naruto Skills + Marines Faction + Overpowered Power Fantasy + Fast-Paced + Never Gets Pushed Around]

He transmigrates to the world of the Pirate King and becomes an ordinary new recruit at Marine Headquarters. He thinks he is destined to spend his life as cannon fodder, but unexpectedly binds to the “Myriad Worlds Template System” and loads the template of the “Yellow Flash,” Minato Namikaze, from the start!

No Devil Fruit? Sorry, I can use the Space-Time Ninjutsu Flying Thunder God!

Not enough firepower? Sorry, ever heard of the Giant Rasengan?

Admiral Kizaru, sweating profusely, says, “They say this old man’s Glint-Glint Fruit makes him the fastest in the world. That was before I met that man. Even light can’t keep up with his Flying Thunder God!”

Fleet Admiral Sengoku slams the table and declares, “Not only is he terrifyingly powerful, he’s also gentle, composed, and every inch a great admiral. He’s the only choice for the next Fleet Admiral!”

The Four Emperors’ Kaido questions his very existence: “What kind of nonsense is this ‘Strongest Creature’? He can’t even take one Sage Art: Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan!”

With a specially made three-pronged kunai in hand and a justice cloak over his shoulders, Shane smiles at the pirates filling the sky. “Sorry, mind if I leave a Flying Thunder God mark on you?”

From then on, these seas have a new Yellow Flash: the fastest, strongest, and most unstoppable of them all!
