Story of Minglan: After Drugging Changbai, I Went on a Rampage

[Story of Minglan fan fiction] [No blood relation + faux siblings + mutual firsts] As the third daughter of the Sheng family, Sheng Qinglan was raised by her adoptive mother from childhood. She was close to her adoptive elder brother, Sheng Changbai, and their warm relationship made Rulan quietly jealous year after year. She had thought her life would be peaceful and smooth, but after Molan married into the prestigious Yongchang Count’s household in a blaze of glory, Lin Xiaoniang, cornered and desperate to survive, revealed a shocking secret in front of everyone. Sheng Qinglan wasn’t a Sheng at all. She was an orphan from a farming family who had been switched at birth! Overnight, she went from being the pampered young lady of the Sheng household to an adopted daughter with no roots. Sheng Hong cruelly betrothed her to a poor scholar from a humble family, hoping to be done with the matter as quickly as possible. In utter despair, Sheng Qinglan sought out Molan, now married, and borrowed a potion that could cloud a person’s mind. She decided to risk everything and gamble on herself. After one wild night, Sheng Changbai woke the next morning and said coldly, “I won’t marry you.” But just as the entire Sheng family was pressuring her to marry, Sheng Changbai, who had always strictly followed the rules of propriety, spoke up in front of everyone and shattered their plans: “Stop pressuring her. We have already shared a bed. I’ll marry her.” From then on, the orphan from a farming family rose to power, married into the Sheng household, and tore through the inner household! [Reading guide] 1.
