I Am Chen Youliang, and I'm Taking on Zhu Yuanzhang from the Start

Chen Hansheng, a graduate student in history, woke up to find himself as Chen Youliang, a warlord at the end of the Yuan dynasty. He was on the battlefield at Poyang Lake, with Zhu Yuanzhang sharpening his blades across the water, ready to finish him off with a blazing inferno. In his previous life, Chen Youliang had been killed at Poyang Lake by an arrow through the skull, and the Great Han had been wiped from existence. After Zhu Yuanzhang took the throne, he carried out a bloodbath in Hunan, leaving only one household in ten standing in places like Liuyang, Xiangtan, Chaling, and Youxian. He restored brutal punishments such as death by a thousand cuts, skinning and stuffing, and the wooden donkey, slaughtered meritorious officials, launched literary inquisitions, and lavished gold on foreign envoys. He also established secret police agencies like the Embroidered Uniform Guard and the Office of Inspection to spy on officials, leaving everyone in fear. Worse still, official salaries were so low that officials could not survive without taking bribes, and corruption ran rampant... Since Heaven has given me another chance, this time I will turn history completely on its head! A dynasty with its capital in Liuyang, making amends for past wrongs. A dynasty that abolishes cruel punishments and severely punishes human traffickers. A dynasty with monogamy, led by the emperor himself. A dynasty that ends the humiliating tributary system and trades with foreign envoys on equal terms. A dynasty where commoners dare to speak freely and no literary inquisitions take place. A dynasty that pays officials well so they have no need to take bribes. A dynasty without secret police, where informants are rewarded! I remember every atrocity Zhu Yuanzhang committed. In this life, I will seek justice for all those wronged souls. And the craziest part is that my son, Chen Li, seems to have transmigrated too! He has a complete set of blueprints for the Industrial Revolution! Zhu Yuanzhang, every month I'll send you a report on the state of the country. You'll sit on your island and watch with your own eyes as my Great Han surpasses the golden age you could never even dream of. Two transmigrators, two generations. The empire is secure.
