Naruto: Itachi Kills Me from the Start, and I Become a Diviner

On the night of the massacre, Uchiha Shizhen is run through the heart by Itachi’s sword. Just as his soul is about to scatter, he binds to the [Lord of the Mysteries: Seer] System. Right in front of Itachi, Shizhen downs a potion in one gulp and comes back from the dead. Then Root arrives to harvest Sharingan. Watching his clansmen have their eyes gouged out, Shizhen is dismissed by Root for having “no eyes awakened.” “Useless. You don’t belong in the collection room.” Shizhen: “...” Talk about a reverse flex. It’s absolutely lethal. To stay alive, Shizhen uses [Spiritual Intuition] to divine the future: Run away? Certain death. Fight them head-on? Certain death. Go to school? Survive. And so Konoha gains the most useless Uchiha orphan in its history. Danzo: “This trash is a waste of food.” Sasuke: “Why aren’t you suffering like I am?” Shizhen: “Easy, Sasuke. I checked the cards. Your brother’s in Amegakure buying instant noodles right now. He’s got no time for you.” Years later, when Madara Uchiha descends upon the battlefield, ready to cast Infinite Tsukuyomi, Shizhen stands in the shadows, a tarot card pinched between his fingers and a clownish smile curling his lips. “Lord Madara, I read the cards. You’re going down today.” “After all, everyone here is a pawn in my divinations.”
