Legend: Soul Swap in Marfa

Lin Feng, Su Qing, Luo Hao, Zhao Yurou, and Liu Yang are five ordinary college students who spend the night playing Legend at an internet cafe. After a bizarre thunderstorm, they transmigrate into the game world and become the characters they used to control: two Warriors, a Taoist, and two Mages. But the real nightmare has only just begun. Team leader Lin Feng is promised to Zhao Yurou through a family engagement in the real world, yet secretly loves Su Qing, a brilliant student from an ordinary family. Luo Hao is obsessed with Su Qing, while Zhao Yurou is in love with her childhood friend, none other than Luo Hao. Liu Yang seems obedient on the surface, but secretly has his eye on Lin Feng’s position. During a boss fight, Su Qing is gravely injured while saving Lin Feng and loses her memory. When she wakes, she has forgotten everyone except for the “kindness” Luo Hao once showed her. Lin Feng is devastated, but cannot reveal who he is. All he can do is watch as the woman he loves falls into the arms of his “rival.” Then an even more terrifying forbidden magic takes effect, swapping Su Qing and Zhao Yurou’s souls. Su Qing must face the man she loves in her rival’s body, while Zhao Yurou inhabits the body of his ideal woman and grows intimate with the man she loves... Love and hate, truth and lies, betrayal and devotion all become hopelessly tangled. They must team up to fight monsters, level up, and battle other players to survive in this dog-eat-dog world. But when the fractures within their team prove deadlier than a monster’s claws, can they still trust one another? This is a story of transmigration, battle, memory loss, and mistaken identities. Beyond the flashing blades, the crueler battlefield lies deep within the human heart.
