While handling a food delivery order, Su Bai gets caught up in the S-rank paranormal event “Ghost Bus.” The S-rank Ghost Taming Token that should have kept him alive is stolen by Zhao Tai. On the brink of certain death, he awakens a System and uses 99 simulations to work out how to contain the Ghost Bus. Back in the real world, he kills the vengeful ghost, reclaims the token, and tames a second ghost. He is then framed as part of the Zhao family’s scheme. Using loopholes in the rules uncovered by the System, he easily handles Lin Qinghan’s interrogation and the Zhao family’s pursuit, ultimately uprooting the entire Zhao family.
