Three Months Left to Live. Let Me Die in Your Arms

In the late autumn at Chunjiang University, two terminal diagnoses trapped Zhang Haiping and Jiang Yueming in a countdown to the ninety days they had left to live. Both were terminally ill teenagers with no one to rely on. They met on a rooftop in despair, tacitly agreed to keep their illnesses secret, and quietly made lists of their last wishes, pouring every bit of tenderness they had left into those brief three months. They pretended to the world that they were an ordinary couple in love, saving money for medicine by eating steamed buns and huddling together for warmth in a cheap rental room. The radiant and dazzling second female lead, Zhu Yuehua, devoted herself wholeheartedly to her unrequited love. Living in the sunshine, she never knew that her fiery youth only threw the two lovers’ fading lives into sharper relief. There would be no medical miracle, no defiance of fate to save them. Only closeness amid unrelenting pain, and all the restraint hidden behind their smiles. When winter came and snow began to fall, the girl finally collapsed in the boy’s arms. Holding her close through tears, he accompanied the one he loved most into an eternity with no tomorrow, leaving nothing behind but regrets scattered across the world.
