Ye Xiaoge, a talented music student, joined a renowned music production company as a composer after graduation. One night at the company’s annual party, she lost control and drank far too much. She passed out in a hotel corridor, and Gu Wenjian, a kind economics professor who happened to be passing by, took her back to her room… The two adults ended up sleeping in the same room and awkwardly went their separate ways the next morning.

But fate had other plans: her company’s biggest client was the Economic Research Institute headed by Gu Wenjian, and her boss was Gu Wenjian’s younger brother.

To put an end to a family dispute, their elders on both sides strong-armed them into a whirlwind marriage.

After the wedding, she played piano while he read economic reports. They led separate lives, treating each other with icy politeness.

Then an unexpected incident led them to decide to “seriously try for a baby,” and they welcomed twins, a boy and a girl…

From then on, their home was a whirlwind of chaos and laughter, and love quietly filled their hearts.
