Reborn in 1966, I Take My Child Bride on the Road to Success

Zhou Kan returns to 1966, instantly going from a gifted student admitted to the city’s No. 1 High School to an educated youth sent back to the countryside. At first, he plans to ask his biological father to find him a job that doesn’t involve farming. But after returning to his hometown, he sees the poverty, backwardness, and ignorance of the people there with his own eyes. When he spots children who can’t attend school running through the fields, his once apathetic heart suddenly fills with purpose. His grandparents are feudal-minded, so he gives them lessons in new ideas. His child bride is uneducated, so he teaches her to read. The villagers are ignorant, so he teams up with the local police station to hold legal-awareness lectures. The children have no school, so he builds one. The villagers are poor, so he starts businesses and throws himself into developing the community.
