The Legend of Chu Qiao: A Blaze of Stars

Reborn by the frozen lake, the legend continues. Chu Qiao finds her beloved again in the depths of despair, unaware that Yuwen Yue has been poisoned by a strange toxin and lost pieces of his memory. The fires of war still rage across the land, and the mysterious Slave Liberation Alliance is quietly rising. The Southern Frontier Empress, Yan Xun of the Northern Border, and the remnants of Western Wei are all caught in a surging undercurrent of intrigue. When the faith they once held dear crumbles before reality, how will Chu Qiao and Yuwen Yue join hands to forge a true path toward freeing slaves and ending war in this shattered land? And how will the secret buried in the imperial mausoleum of Great Yan, from three hundred years ago, overturn the balance of power? Together in life and death, they will honor their vow; a spark that never dies can set the whole prairie ablaze. (This story is entirely fictional. Any resemblance is purely coincidental.)
