Keep Out

Before Grandpa died, he left me three warnings:

“Some tombs aren't meant for the living.”

“Those who enter become part of the tomb.”

“Our family must never go down there again.”

I thought he was delirious.

Then an archaeological team unearthed an unrecorded ancient tomb. Seven people went in. Only one came back out.

The survivor had gone mad. He kept repeating the same words:

“Sixteen went in, one came out. Sixteen went in, one came out...”

But only seven people had entered that tomb.

I decided to go down and see for myself.

Because among Grandpa's belongings, I found a blueprint of the tomb's layout, exactly like the one in the reports.

It was signed with my name.

But I had never drawn it.
