My Soul Transmigrated into a Woman at a KTV

In late autumn 2023 in Shanghai, Lin Xiaoman, a 26-year-old socially anxious architectural designer, stayed up for three nights straight revising her model apartment design, producing 18 versions, only to be told by the client to revert to the first one. She forced herself to finish the revisions, then suffered a sudden heart attack and died just as she was about to vent in her group chat with her best friends. When she woke up, Lin Xiaoman discovered that she had transmigrated into the body of a woman with the same name, a top salesperson in the public relations department of Nightfall KTV. The original owner had just been taken to the hospital after nearly drowning. At first, Lin Xiaoman was terrified. After confirming that she had transmigrated, she checked the original owner’s phone and learned that she had worked herself to the bone to become a top salesperson so she could save up for surgery for her seriously ill younger brother, Lin Xiaoyu. There were also suspicious details in the account of her drowning, and her colleague Su Manni was suspected of having harmed her. Lin Xiaoman suppressed her fear and decided to take responsibility for the original owner and raise the money for the surgery. She would then return to her old career in design, using the old Xiaomi phone she had brought from her original world, which was packed with design materials. Just as she finished making her plans, a tall, unidentified man appeared outside the hospital room.
