I Want a Government Job in the Underworld Too

A wicked soul who has committed evil for nine lifetimes is about to be reborn as a demon, and the officials of the underworld are so worried their hair has turned white. To deal with this overwhelming evil, I, a modern person who has just transmigrated into a new body, have heroically taken up a temporary job in the underworld. Are we really going to throw the Eighteen Levels of Hell and the Six Paths of Reincarnation at him? I pull out the Civil Code and the complete Criminal Law instead. “Evil people need rehabilitation, not destruction.” The King of Hell falls into deep thought as he reads the rehabilitation plan I hand him: soul cleansing, a repentance room, compulsory merit-earning tasks? Wait, why is this wicked soul sobbing and begging to take the underworld civil service exam after serving his sentence?
