Don’t Cry Before the Clothes Tomb

On their wedding night, he never even entered the bridal chamber.

“A three-year agreement. We stay out of each other’s way. Be a good Mrs. Shen, and don’t bother me.”

Bai Xin sneered. “Don’t worry. I’m not interested in a tomb.”

Everyone said Shen Yinfeng had a cenotaph in his heart, where he had buried the only woman he would ever love.

She had been married to him for two years, and he still wouldn’t even touch her hand.

Until one rainy night, when he came home drunk and saw the silhouette of her waist through the frosted glass

He punched through the glass, shattering three years of peace along with it.

He began to lose control. Watching her in secret, following her, standing outside her door late at night.

She thought he had finally noticed her.

Until she uncovered a secret

Her fiancé, the man who had betrayed her years ago, had been hired by him.

On the day she signed the divorce papers, he knelt before her, clasping her hand and pressing it to his chest.

“Outsiders say I have a cenotaph in my heart, with someone else buried inside. But feel for yourself. From beginning to end, there’s only ever been one person buried here: you.”

That tomb was where she had cried for three years.

Now he says he wants to tear it down.

Should she believe him?
