When the Western Zhou Dynasty was feudal, a bronze seal with the inscription "Mountains and Rivers Are Forever" was cast in the deep valley of the Qinling Mountains. This seal is said to carry the essence and memory of Kyushu. From the Qin Dynasty when the Chi Road was connected, to the Han Dynasty when beacons were towering in the sky, to the Sui and Tang Dynasties, to the sails of the canal and the camel bells of the passes in the Song and Yuan Dynasties, it moved between mountains and rivers, witnessing the city walls rising and falling, and the ancient roads extending and disappearing. Time passes to the Bingwu Year of the Horse. Chen Wang, a young scholar from the Department of Archeology, accidentally discovered fragments of this ancient seal during an inspection of the plank road in southern Shaanxi. The fragments lead the way, and a pursuit across time and space begins - he follows the clues in the ancient books, and sees the sunset at Tongguan, the morning fog at Jiange, the starry sky in the Hexi Corridor, the sound of oars by the Grand Canal... Chen Wang gradually discovered that ancient seals were not only witnesses of history, but also "tuners" of civilization. When the fragments were gathered together, the mountain and river context "came alive" in the contemporary era: ancient roads turned into high-speed rail tracks, ancient city walls guarded new creativity, and the "Beidou" signal rose on the thousand-year-old beacon tower.
