You Don't Know History? Then I'll Livestream the Fall of Qin for Qin Shi Huang

In the future interstellar age, a cataclysm once struck humanity's homeworld, Earth, severing all historical records from before the twenty-first century CE. Historians are now held in high esteem, but a handful of powerful families control the right to interpret the past.

Down-on-his-luck archaeologist Gu Xu declares during a public debate that the story of "calling a deer a horse" was not praise for a breed of horse. For this, authoritative experts have him blacklisted across the internet. At his lowest point, he awakens the "Parallel Timeline Link System," which lets him make video calls across time and space to emperors and generals at crucial moments in history.

He livestreams a world map to Qin Shi Huang and trades modern technology for the Imperial Jade Seal; gives Huo Qubing satellite navigation and helps him crush the Xiongnu; and sends Emperor Chongzhen blueprints for an AK-47, giving him a chance to defy fate.

As history changes in parallel worlds, genuine artifacts and historical records appear out of thin air in Gu Xu's hands in the future. While serving as an "imperial tutor" in parallel timelines, he uses irrefutable artifacts to demolish the claims of fake experts in his own future. In the end, he restores the rightful lineage of Huaxia civilization and becomes the mentor who guides civilization in the interstellar age.
