The Cowboy Raises Heaven: Ten Years Apart at the Magpie Bridge, One Fury Shakes the Nine Heavens

Mythology, no System, a sequel to the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl, and a gathering of Heaven’s rebels!

To seize the brocade clouds and control the immortal realm, the Queen Mother imprisoned the Weaver Girl in a dungeon beneath the Celestial River and blocked the Magpie Bridge. For ten years, the Cowherd and his three children waited in vain at the bridge for the Weaver Girl. As the Cowherd grew older, his son swore to go to the Heavenly Court and find out why his mother had never appeared. He also vowed to change the ironclad rule forbidding love between immortals and mortals. He sought out Patriarch Bodhi to study under him, setting off a daring rescue that saw him storm the Heavenly Court to save his mother, as seven rebels joined forces.

Patriarch Bodhi: Cowherd, from now on, you are my final disciple.

Wuming, Patriarch Bodhi’s eldest disciple: Junior Brother is just like the monkey. Your senior brother is here to help.

Sun Wukong: Your troubles are my troubles. I’ll join you in rebelling one more time.

Nezha: Li Jing doesn’t have the pagoda, so I’m free of worries. Let’s rebel.

Yang Jian: As the God of Justice, I can’t rebel openly, but I can do so in secret and help my brother.

Chenxiang: I know how it feels to save your mother. I’ll help you rebel against the Heavenly Court.

Bull Demon King: This old bull is joining you, brother.

Zhu Qi, the little vermilion bird: Little Qi will go to the Heavenly Court with you and pick a fight.

Ao Cang: Your troubles are my troubles. Let’s rebel.

Princess Iron Fan, Red Boy, Tang Monk, Zhu Bajie, Sha Monk, and the White Dragon King: We’ll all help our brother Cowherd.
