Myriad Heavens Murder Mystery: Players Take the Divine Art of Shinra Tensei to the Face

On the brink of death after going bankrupt, Chen Yunfei unexpectedly binds himself to the Infinite Scripted Murder Mystery Game Master System, which can turn the Myriad Worlds into fully immersive VR games with 100% realism.

To escape poverty and make a fortune, he decisively summons a group of hardcore grinders, wealthy players who spend big, and keyboard warriors from the internet cesspool of Zu’an on Earth. They descend on the Myriad Worlds as the “Fourth Calamity”!

All the players are level-zero mortals? No chakra? Don’t know how to use Haki?

No problem! As long as your WeChat balance is high enough, we’ve got resurrection cards to spare. We can use our corpses to overcome any gap in strength!

And so the entire tone of the Myriad Worlds goes completely off the rails

During the Battle of the Hidden Rain Village, facing Shinra Tensei, the players frantically count down on their stopwatches: “His ultimate has a five-second cooldown! Get in there, brothers! Use your faces to block the missiles from the Asura Path!” Seeing this bunch of lunatics break their own necks to respawn instantly and faceplant hard enough to collapse load-bearing walls, Deva Path Pain’s faith is shattered beyond repair.

At Marineford, just as Marine Admiral Akainu is about to impale Ace, a crew-cut young man with the title [Number One Mage on the Chinese Server] drops from the sky and spits out an incomplete Great Fireball that singes off his own eyebrows. “Eat my magic attack, you bastard!”

During the Konoha Defense Battle, thirty Zu’an players armed with nine years of modern internet-based compulsory education block the Root’s base and plaster it with posters insulting Danzo until he flees in the middle of the night, carrying a train on his back.

As players armed with spoiler-filled guides and deranged online literature sweep across the Myriad Worlds, every lingering regret is finally laid to rest, and every villainous boss trembles in fear.

Meanwhile, the mastermind Chen Yunfei lies in the Game Master’s Space, counting money until his hand cramps.

“Dear patrons, spend 50 on your first top-up and get one resurrection. Want to spend another thousand on a blind box? A ten-pull guarantees a meme-worthy prize”
