Beyond the End

A game of the uncanny descends, trapping people in unwinnable scenarios governed by rules. Panic turns them against one another, and anyone who breaks a rule dies.

As everyone else obeys, suspects, and struggles to survive,

Wang Laoba, who seems like an ordinary man, sees through the very nature of what is visible and hidden at a glance.

He does not mistake appearances for truth, nor does he let rules confine him.

With a single remark, he breaks the deadlock and enters the true depths of the secret realm.

The man who bought shoes but forgot to bring his feet measurements, the man who waited by a tree for a hare, the man who marked his boat to find a fallen sword...

These age-old jokes are all chambers for enlightenment.

He sees through illusions with the unity of yin and yang, and escapes by iterating a closed loop.

While others fight to survive, he proves the Way;

No situation in the world is unbreakable. The only thing that cannot be overcome is a truth you cannot see.
