Are You Kidding Me? I Fixed Her Appliance and the Beauty Threw Herself at Me?

Recently laid off, Wang Shuo uses all his savings to buy a dilapidated old apartment block in the city center that is about to be demolished. He just wants to be a laid-back landlord, but discovers that all his tenants are “troubled beauties” who can’t afford their rent: an unemployed dance teacher, a single mother with a child, and a grad student preparing for her exams. Just as he’s about to kick them out, he unexpectedly activates the “God-Tier Appliance Repair” System. He casually fixes the dance teacher’s sound system, and she offers private lessons in exchange for rent. He helps the single mother install a water heater, and she tearfully offers to clean and cook for him… Wang Shuo is dumbfounded. It seems this building isn’t getting demolished after all.
