The Eternal Love of the Promise Beneath the Cherry Blossoms III

Su Xiaoyun and Yang Xiaohui meet and fall deeply in love. Their feelings for each other are pure, and they share a heartfelt sense of responsibility toward their hometown, joining hands to protect the land they call home. To honor their promise of protection and preserve their true love, they resolutely transform into two cherry trees with blossoms of two colors, pledging an eternal bond that will transcend life and death. Taking root as trees, they shelter their homeland and nourish future generations. Over the next four centuries, the Su family line continues through eleven generations. Their descendants faithfully uphold their ancestors' teachings, guarding the forest and protecting the trees, passing down the spirit of love and stewardship from one generation to the next. The ancient cherry grove grows ever stronger and more verdant, its two-toned blossoms returning in glorious bloom each year until it becomes a world-famous ecological and cultural destination, a symbol of pure love. On the four-hundredth anniversary of the ancient cherries' transformation, the entire Su family gathers, joined by friends from near and far, those who have received their help, and local neighbors. Together, they hear the ancestors' legend and witness the tender sight of branches embracing as songs fill the land. This love that transcends life and death, and the devotion passed down through generations, become eternal, warming the world without end.
