A Century-Old Grudge Begins, and I Rewrite the City's Memories

In the future, Ling Mo, a memory-sharing specialist, is drawn into a century-old family feud. Two families, locked in generations of opposition, each seek to clear their names with memories that have been “altered.” Ling Mo tries to mediate, but discovers subtle “perfections” and “gaps” in both sides’ memories. Her friend Gu Yan detects widespread “traces of collective revision” deep within those memories. Ling Mo realizes this is no private feud: a powerful organization has been systematically altering historical memories to maintain stability! As she digs deeper and uncovers a forbidden truth, trying to expose this “epic of lies,” she discovers that she has become a target too. Not only are her memories being infiltrated from the inside, she also faces the threat of being completely “formatted”! A war over personal memories and collective truth is quietly breaking out!
