Retired special forces soldier Wang Tiezhu joins a deserted-island reality show, only to be swept away by a storm and stranded on a bizarre island. He soon discovers that something is wrong with the snakes here. One banded sea snake not only sets traps to steal his tools, but even knows how to use psychological tactics! It turns out that a mysterious experimental device left behind on the island leaked, granting an ordinary sea snake the intelligence and traits of every creature on the island. Thus begins a hilarious yet perilous battle of survival: each time the Snake King evolves, it unlocks a new skill, from heat sensing to gliding to mind reading, while Tiezhu keeps upgrading his snake-catching tactics. From deep-pit traps to diversionary attacks, this island showdown gradually becomes a clash between two highly intelligent creatures. When a volcano is about to erupt, the two rivals realize that working together is the only way to escape... How will a snake and a man play this battle of wits and survival?
