I Told You to Carry the Coffin, Not the Nation’s Fortune!

[Core elements: Livestreaming and trending topics + A national crisis + A sly coffin bearer + Modern versus traditional + A shocking twist]

To raise the exorbitant surgery fees for his gravely ill younger sister, Jiang Shouyi takes a bizarre special hauling job that pays fifty thousand yuan a day.

His teammate is an influencer obsessed with getting views. To attract attention, he hides a pinhole camera in his shirt and secretly starts livestreaming the entire job.

At first, hundreds of thousands of viewers mock them for their superstitions. They watch Jiang Shouyi scatter rice, burn paper offerings, and kowtow before an empty coffin, flooding the comments with “staged” and “clown.”

“What era are we living in? And they’re still pulling tricks from zombie movies?”

“Streamer, look! The guy carrying the coffin is talking to it. I’m dying. That acting gets zero stars!”

But when they dig up a massive black iron coffin, dark as night and heavy as a mountain, deep in the forest, everything changes!

Flocks of birds plummet from the sky. The livestream signal shakes violently. Drawing on an instinct passed down through his family, Jiang Shouyi shouts, “Don’t open it! If you do, the sky will fall!”

No one believes him. The greedy boss forces the lid open.

In that instant, black mist pierces the sun and moon, and earthquake monitoring stations across the country blare their alarms! Viewers nationwide witness the most horrifying sight of their lives: inside the coffin lies no corpse, but a phantom of the land stretching ten thousand miles, crumbling apart!

The entire internet erupts! At last, they realize Jiang Shouyi isn’t carrying a coffin at all, but the fate of the nation! And he, the coffin bearer they mocked all day, becomes the only one who can protect the land’s destiny.
