In One Piece: Did the Tenth Member Fail to Awaken from the Start?

Transmigrating into the world of Pirate King, Lin Bei became Luffy's first crewmate when he set out to sea. But Lin Bei was in a panic. The “Clear-Clear Fruit” he ate from the start failed to awaken, his body disappeared, and he became a “ghost” who could only drift behind Luffy! He couldn't speak, touch anything, or be seen. If he couldn't be Pirate King's right-hand man in the spotlight, then he'd become the “Ghost Overlord” behind the scenes! Zoro gets lost? Kick him back onto the right track! Nami loves money? Secretly move the Marines' treasury onto her bed! Kaido wants to hit Luffy with Thunder Bagua? Lin Bei fires back with a “Void smack”! Sengoku: “Straw Hat Luffy isn't scary. What's scary is the invisible tenth member of his crew. No one's ever seen his true face!” Luffy: “Hehe, I knew it. As long as I shout for help, he'll show up!” This is the story of a “ghost” gradually becoming corporeal, helping his foolhardy captain ascend the throne, and ultimately making the world tremble.
