Please, Sister Shen, Stop Talking! Your Jinx Is Scarily Accurate

Shen Xingwan was the entertainment industry's universally acknowledged “pretty but useless star,” with nothing going for her but her looks. After she was accused of having plastic surgery, acting like a diva, and trading favors for roles, the whole internet waited for her to jump off a building and apologize.

She really did “die.” When she opened her eyes again, her body had been taken over by a false god from a higher-dimensional world.

Facing the haters crowding outside her door, she neither cried nor made a scene. Wrapped in a bathrobe with her collarbone just showing, she lazily started a livestream. “Want to insult me? Take a number. But that guy in red should move a couple of steps first, or the billboard above him is going to teach him a lesson.”

Three minutes later, the entire internet watched the livestream footage of the guy being rushed to the hospital after the billboard fell on him, and fell into a long, stunned silence.

From then on, the entertainment industry took a sharp turn.

A certain movie star mocked her. Shen Xingwan said, “You can hide your private life from people on the first day of the lunar month, but not the fifteenth.” The next day, the star's career collapsed in scandal.

A certain scheming starlet tried to ride her coattails. Shen Xingwan said, “Your face looks ominous. You'd better not go out at night.” That evening, the starlet was pulled out of a sewer.

The haters trembled with fear as they flooded her with gifts. “Sister Shen, please stop talking! We'll give you our lives if you just keep quiet!”

Shen Xingwan casually toyed with the tie of a wealthy magnate said to be worth a hundred billion, then smiled at the camera. “I can't do that. I still have to read someone's fortune in love tonight.”
