Case Files of the Special Operations Task Force

The municipal public security bureau's criminal investigation unit establishes a psychological special cases team to tackle difficult cases by analyzing behavioral patterns. Led by Lu Anning, the team has five formidable specialists, each with a role to play: sharp-tongued forensic pathologist Shen Yan, female sharpshooter Cheng Sa, hacker Chen Mo, modification expert Zhao Yan, and skilled negotiator Zhou Xubai. Their cases are solved through psychology and rigorous investigative techniques. Then Qi Zhao, an intern in astrophysics, joins the team and uses astrological cycles to break a deadlock in a string of murders. The team goes from rejecting him to trusting his insights, realizing that astrology isn't superstition but another way to understand group psychology. Six major cases, twists at every turn, and a killer in each one, all high-IQ criminals. There is nothing supernatural here, only a deep dive into human nature. The whole team fights for redemption through strategic thinking, professional expertise, and trust.
