Lin Mu is the one and only partner of Jiang Ji, the game’s master. His status is noble, but he harbors a secret.
He puts on a wristband, disguises himself as an ordinary newcomer, and enters this cruel game where lives are the stakes.
By day, he must deal with players with hidden agendas and survive game rules that hide deadly traps at every turn.
By night, he must face his “husband,” who controls everything and is possessive to the point of obsession.
As the players scheme against one another for a faint glimmer of hope, only Lin Mu knows that every wish comes with a price too steep to bear.
And the reason he joined the game turns out to be… for fun (it’s a bet).
① Beginner: Fix your flaws, at the cost of your memories (the past self).
② Intermediate: Change the course of your fate, at the cost of family ties (the social self).
③ Advanced: Gain extraordinary powers, at the cost of your body (the physical self).
④ Ultimate: Fulfill the wish to become a god, at the cost of your existence (the whole self).
There are eight zones in total, with 520 levels altogether. Zone Eight has 128 levels, and the numbers follow the same pattern down the line, with Zone One having two levels. It’s a little cheesy, but hey, it sounds good~
