【A meeting that set the world ablaze, between two souls the world would never accept】
On scorched earth, only he stood pale: a curse, and a throne.
Deep in the jungle, only he shimmered in strange pink: original sin, and a spark of life.
He was Frostcrown, the White Reaper, the jungle’s only albino king cobra. Loneliness was fate etched into his scales.
He was Crimson Nightmare, a pink phantom, a king cobra of unusual coloring cast out by his kin. Fragility was a curse written into his blood.
A fire that consumed all things, and a near-fatal shedding, tore apart, collided, and entwined the paths of two who should never have crossed.
He gave him a faint light to soothe his wounds; for him, he kindled a blazing fire, ready to burn himself to protect him.
In the charred inferno, the intertwining of white and pink was the only flower to bloom from despair.
When drought wrung the last drop of life from the land, when floods swallowed the last patch of ground to stand on,
when the venomous fangs of their own kind struck again and again at that pink form the world could not accept,
he built a wall of flesh and blood with his massive body, while the other turned his slender fangs into blades in the dark.
This is no fairy tale. This is the jungle.
There are no miracles, only two outcasts abandoned by the world, who in ash and blood
wrested a path to life for themselves.
“If the world sees you as an outcast, then I will become your whole world.”
Frostcrown and Crimson Nightmare
The writing style is delicate, the life habits are accurately grasped, and the description of the snake's emotions is slow but not cumbersome, like a giant scroll unfolding slowly but firmly in front of the eyes. Love is like a silent spring that moistens things, refreshing the mind bit by bit. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
A very realistic novel, the story of two male cobras living together. Simply put, it is reality [thinking], and there will be no other help. I only wanted to write it because of another book review [top post]. Because of reality and human nature, my protagonist has become the next one [almost crying]
Like it, like it, it's very beautiful, the structure is clear, and the logic is reasonable. If you like it, you can comment. The author, come on, wait for the update. I will always wait for it.
