The Last Big Shot in the Underworld: Jiadai

He once settled half of Beijing's power struggles with a single sentence. Now he bends down to pay a 2,000-yuan deposit for his granddaughter.

Jiadai, the last old-school tough guy in the capital. His rules once made countless bigwigs bow their heads. But times have changed, and the jianghu has become a legend. Until one day, his granddaughter back home calls him in tears: “Grandpa, they're picking on me...”

At sixty, he digs out his faded old suit and walks alone into a new world of blinding neon. Facing bosses who only care about contracts and punks obsessed with online clout, he offers a cigarette and no one takes it; he tells them how things are done and no one listens.

“By my old rules, this is how we settle it,” he says slowly. The young man across from him scrolls through Douyin without looking up. “Who are you, old man?”

An ultimate battle pitting the rules of a bygone era against a brand-new world quietly begins. Everyone laughs at him for being outdated, never realizing that the true jianghu lies beneath his feet.
