Don't Panic, My Ancestors Have Palace Intrigue Covered

Shen Qingyan, champion of palace intrigue and founding empress, wakes up to find herself in the body of Shen Nian'an, a timid concubine-born daughter in her own family’s eighth-generation household, being framed for theft. Watching her descendants use laughably flawed schemes to attack one another and nearly destroy the whole family, she can only roll her eyes at the heavens. She had meant to lie flat, but professional habits take over, and she casually uses one tenth of the skill she once brought to bear against political rivals to set things right. As a result, the family’s fortunes inexplicably improve, their opponents keep exposing themselves, and everyone is convinced there is an “invisible guardian” in the household. Shen Nian'an snacks on gossip while being forced to serve as the “behind-the-scenes housekeeper” for this wayward bunch of descendants, until a suspicious prince comes to her door, narrows his eyes, and asks, “Second Miss Shen, who exactly... are you?”
