The Contract Bodyguard Takes Her Job Seriously

[Female/female leads + long-planned schemes + both devoted to each other] [Bodyguard who just wants to retire but never slacks off × calculating, ruthless big shot] Liu Yu has fallen into Qin Yuxi’s hands twice in her life. The first time, she was working for Huiteng Group, and Qin Yuxi led her around in circles with a little Tai Chi. The second time, she took a lucrative bodyguard job and ended up guarding her straight into bed! From then on, Liu Yu was forced to follow Qin Yuxi through gunfire, dodging attacks from every direction while dealing with Miss Qin’s sudden flirtatious advances. “Boss Liu, are you mad? Then hit me.” Qin Yuxi always wore the smug grin of a fox that had gotten its way. Liu Yu shook off her hand. “If you’re looking to get roughed up, find someone else. That’s not part of my job.” Until, at a life-or-death moment in the Middle East, they fought their way through a bloodbath with their backs to each other. Until, in the hospital, Liu Yu held her cold hand, her voice trembling: “Qin Yuxi, could you... live for me, just once?” The woman who had never known what love was finally lowered her lashes and gave a soft laugh. “Sure. But if I break my promise...” “I’ll deal with you.” Liu Yu stared at her, enunciating each word. “You know what I’m best at when it comes to dealing with you.” |Two formidable women drawing each other in|Addicted to saving each other|A touch of twisted love| “She’s my most dangerous assignment, and the only line I ever crossed.” Author’s note: This is my first time writing this kind of story. I’ll wrap it up in under 200,000 words~
