Steal an American Aircraft Carrier from the Start to Bomb Sakura Country?

[A brainless power fantasy. I’m terrible at writing blurbs, so please head straight to the story.]

Chen Xu was bound to an unconventional “Thief System.” He thought he’d become a modern-day Chu Liuxiang, stealing precious treasures and famous paintings on his way to the top. But the System’s first mission made his vision go black...

Chen Xu: “...How many lifetimes would I get for this?”

System: “Do it or die. By the way, the reward is an eternal-life cultivation technique.”

With the countdown underway, Chen Xu had no choice but to grit his teeth and get to work. A month later, the world was stunned by a live broadcast: a young man in white rode a shark through the waves, while two mushroom clouds rose over an uninhabited island overseas. The livestream chat went wild, officials around the world were dumbfounded, and Chinese viewers cheered: “Streamer, are you taking disciples? I want to learn to fly over water and steal... I mean, borrow!”

Just as Chen Xu was preparing to hide his accomplishments and retire, someone gently knocked on the door of the national security department. A female director smiled at him. “Chen, we’d like to talk to you about your ‘borrowing’ of an aircraft carrier... And while we’re at it, how would you like an official position so you can keep ‘borrowing’?”
