Chang'an in Turmoil: For Whom Does the Proud Hero Roam?

Xie Wujiu is Chang'an's most arrogant young wastrel, until he meets the blind man selling wine in Pingkang Ward.

The blind man says, “Young master, your brow is shadowed. You'll die a violent death in the street within three days.”

That very night, sixteen black-clad assassins ambush Xie Wujiu's carriage.

He rolls into a filthy ditch and escapes with his life. Then it suddenly hits him:

The wine banner belonging to the blind man bears the insignia of the Lu family army, whose entire clan was executed seven years ago.
