Harry Potter: Running Away with Grindelwald's Kid

[Harry Potter Fanfiction] [Grindelwald] [Original Female Lead] [Pregnancy and Escape] [The Pursuit of His Runaway Wife]

Winter, 1926. Two years after Gellert Grindelwald escaped from prison, and the year Tom Riddle was born.

Deep in the Norwegian fjords, at Durmstrang Institute, a school of magic that revered strength, seventh-year student Katja Volkova, the last heir to an ancient family fallen into decline over ideological differences, accidentally witnesses a secret meeting in the Headmaster's Office on a bitterly cold night. The blond, heterochromatic man, Gellert Grindelwald, is turning her school into a fortress for his schemes.

Katja is swept into the maelstrom. Grindelwald admires her sharp mind and unique talent for Ancient Magic, and shows her a dangerous vision of breaking free from restraints and reshaping the world. At first drawn to his ideals and power, Katja steps into his shadow, but only so far. She witnesses the fervor of the Paris rally and the cruelty of the Obscurial experiments. Torn between ideals and sin, she nonetheless forms a complex, fatal bond with the man destined to engulf the world, as they clash intellectually and dance together on the edge of danger.

Then she discovers she is pregnant, and sees Grindelwald for what he truly is: a man willing to burn everything for the sake of “For the Greater Good.” Carrying the unborn child, Katja plots a breathtaking escape.

Grindelwald's fury becomes a hunt that sweeps across Europe. He calls upon the power of the Acolytes, prophecies, and even his entire dark empire, vowing to find the woman who dared betray him, and the unforeseen “legacy” she carries, his own child.
